Compensation - Base salaries are extremely competitive and continuously monitored to meet industry standards. Back to the top

Health Insurance - E C Company provides the majority of the monthly health insurance premium for medical, dental and vision coverage. The employee shares a minimal amount of the premium through payroll deduction. Medical coverage begins after approximately 90 days of service; a waiting period may apply to dental and vision coverage. Back to the top

Life, Long Term Disability & Personal Accident Insurance (AD&D)
We offer Group Life coverage equivalent to 2 times an employee’s annual salary to a maximum benefit of $500,000. Our Long Term Disability insurance is no cost to employees and provides a monthly benefit of 66 2/3% of monthly earning to a maximum of $10,000. The company provides Personal Accident Insurance (available in most geographic locations) for employees at 4 times their annual salary. Employees may purchase additional coverage for themselves and their family. Back to the top

Voluntary Life Insurance - Employees may elect to purchase additional life insurance in increments of $10,000 for themselves and/or their spouse or eligible domestic partner and $2,000 for each child at a nominal monthly charge. Premium payments are met through payroll deductions. Coverage is portable.

Flex Plan - To offset medical and dependent care expenses, we offer a flex plan that enables payment for qualified expenses pre-tax. This benefit is approved by the IRS and is often referred to as a ‘Section 125’ plan. Employees are eligible to participate in the dependent care and premium payment portions of the plan after 3 months of employment. Following 12 months employment, employees may also utilize the medical reimbursement portion of the plan.

Retirement - We offer a 401(k) plan with mutual funds through American Funds and the resource of a financial advisor to assist employees. Enrollment is effective the 1st of the month following hire. The company provides a match not only competitive, but one that leads all employers. The 2008 company match is 50%! Back to the top

Employee Assistance Program - Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is designed to provide confidential counseling for employees and their dependents that need assistance with personal concerns. The EAP provides the employee and/or dependents with up to three one-hour counseling sessions per issue with a professional counselor at no cost. Back to the top

Paid Time Off - We offer paid vacations (based of tenure), holiday pay, personal leave, time loss, bereavement leave and jury duty. Back to the top
